<p>We’re seeking a capable, driven IT professional with:</p><ul><li><strong>Education</strong>: A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.</li><li><strong>Experience</strong>: At least 3 years in IT administration, systems engineering, or similar roles.</li><li><strong>Technical Skills</strong>: Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V), and network monitoring tools.</li><li><strong>Certifications You’ll Stand Out With</strong>: CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA).</li><li><strong>Soft Skills</strong>: Strong communication, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
