<p>Key Responsibilities:</p><p>Design and Implementation of Networks:</p><ul><li>Design and deploy robust company-wide network solutions, ensuring optimization and scalability.</li><li>Configure and install network hardware and software components, such as routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless devices.</li><li>Plan and implement new technology to enhance network capabilities.</li></ul><p>Network Maintenance and Monitoring:</p><ul><li>Monitor network performance using diagnostic tools and resolve system faults to ensure a stable and reliable network environment.</li><li>Troubleshoot and address connectivity issues and network outages quickly.</li><li>Implement regular updates, patches, and configuration changes to maintain network integrity.</li></ul><p>Security Protocols:</p><ul><li>Develop and enforce best practices for network security to protect sensitive data.</li><li>Collaborate with security teams to identify vulnerabilities and implement appropriate measures like firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and VPNs.</li></ul><p>Documentation and Reporting:</p><ul><li>Maintain documentation of network configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guidelines.</li><li>Generate reports detailing network performance metrics, downtime, and future enhancement plans.</li></ul><p>Collaboration and Support:</p><ul><li>Work closely with the IT team to integrate and support various technologies.</li><li>Assist end-users with escalated network-related technical issues.</li></ul><p>Upgrades and Research:</p><ul><li>Stay updated on emerging networking technologies, tools, and trends in the IT sector.</li><li>Propose innovations or upgrades to improve network efficiency or reduce costs.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p>

<p>Required Skills and Qualifications:</p><p>Technical Expertise:</p><p>Strong knowledge of networking protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, UDP, etc.), network configurations, and hardware.</p><p>Proficiency in configuring switches, routers, VLANs, and firewalls.</p><p>Familiarity with wireless networking and VoIP technologies.</p><p>Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities:</p><ul><li>Adept at identifying and solving complex networking issues with a structured approach.</li></ul><p>Certifications (Preferred):</p><ul><li>CCNA, CCNP, or other relevant networking certifications.</li></ul><p>Experience:</p><ul><li>Proven track record in managing large-scale networks, typically requiring 2–5+ years of professional experience in a similar role.</li></ul><p><br></p>
