We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis. This role is based 100% on-site in Boca Raton, Florida, and requires a dynamic individual with strong recruitment and communication skills. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment while effectively managing high-volume hiring or creative recruitment needs. Responsibilities: • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates. • Engage with candidates proactively to build strong relationships and ensure a positive hiring experience. • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop effective strategies. • Handle a high volume of requisitions, ensuring timely and quality placements. • Utilize recruitment platforms such as Workable to streamline the hiring process. • Negotiate offers and communicate effectively to close candidates successfully. • Maintain accurate and detailed records of recruitment activities. • Demonstrate adaptability by working across multiple teams and managing shifting priorities. • Partner with stakeholders to provide insights and recommendations for improving recruitment outcomes. • Ensure compliance with hiring policies and maintain high standards of professionalism.

• 1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in high-volume or creative fields. • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment. • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems such as Workable. • Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage candidates. • Excellent organizational and time management capabilities. • A proactive, resourceful approach to overcoming recruitment challenges. • Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. • Experience with corporate recruiting and preparing offer letters.
