We’re seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join a dynamic and growing organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a people-focused environment and enjoys managing all aspects of human resources, from recruiting to employee relations. Responsibilities:<ul><li>Support day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance</li><li>Assist managers and employees with HR policies, procedures, and best practices</li><li>Coordinate recruitment efforts, interviews, and new hire paperwork</li><li>Maintain accurate employee records and handle confidential information with discretion</li><li>Partner with leadership to support employee engagement and performance initiatives</li></ul>

Qualifications:<ul><li>2+ years of HR experience preferred</li><li>Strong knowledge of HR laws, compliance, and best practices</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems</li><li>Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills</li><li>Reliable, proactive, and able to handle sensitive matters professionally</li></ul>
