We are looking for a highly motivated Collections Specialist to join our team on a contract basis in Boca Raton, Florida. This role focuses on high-volume B2B collections and requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and organizational skills. The position offers a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing an opportunity to collaborate with a meticulous team and contribute to financial operations.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to business clients, reaching a target of 75+ calls daily.<br>• Manage and oversee B2B collections processes to ensure timely payment and resolution of outstanding invoices.<br>• Maintain accurate records of collections activities and payment arrangements.<br>• Collaborate with internal teams to address billing discrepancies and escalate unresolved issues.<br>• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to facilitate effective communication and payment negotiation.<br>• Monitor and analyze accounts to identify overdue balances and implement appropriate collection strategies.<br>• Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.<br>• Provide regular updates and reports on collections progress to management.<br>• Assist in improving collection processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.<br>• Support remote work operations on Fridays, maintaining productivity and communication with the team.

• Proven experience in commercial or consumer collections, preferably in a high-volume B2B environment.<br>• Strong knowledge of collection processes, billing, and credit management.<br>• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to negotiate effectively.<br>• Demonstrated ability to manage a large workload and meet daily call targets.<br>• Proficiency in maintaining detailed and accurate records of collections activities.<br>• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external clients.<br>• Strong analytical skills to identify trends and implement effective strategies.<br>• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with remote work flexibility.
