In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring accurate payment postings and maintaining organized financial portfolios. Responsibilities: • Process and post incoming payments with precision and efficiency. • Manage and maintain financial portfolios, ensuring accuracy and compliance. • Utilize NetSuite software to support accounts receivable functions. • Perform detailed billing tasks and reconcile discrepancies where necessary. • Track and analyze cash activity to ensure proper allocation. • Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows and improve processes. • Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation for all transactions. • Use Excel to create reports and analyze accounts receivable data. • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders regarding payment updates and inquiries. • Adhere to company policies and procedures while handling sensitive financial information.

• Proven experience in accounts receivable processes and cash applications. • Familiarity with NetSuite software is highly preferred. • Proficiency in Excel, including the ability to create reports and analyze data. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to manage multiple portfolios efficiently and accurately. • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and stakeholders. • Understanding of billing functions and cash activity tracking. • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and complying with company standards.
