Medical Receptionist
<p>We are seeking a detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, delivering excellent customer service and administrative support to ensure a smooth front-office experience. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the efficiency of daily operations.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner.</li><li>Answer and direct incoming calls, schedule appointments, and manage inquiries accurately.</li><li>Maintain and update records and files while ensuring confidentiality.</li><li>Coordinate check-in and check-out processes as needed.</li><li>Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to support daily workflows.</li><li>Monitor and restock office supplies to maintain smooth operations.</li><li>Address questions and concerns or direct them to the appropriate team member.</li><li>Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming.</li></ul><p><br></p>
<p><br></p><ul><li>Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative support role is preferred.</li><li>Familiarity with office systems, scheduling software, and general administrative processes.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with visitors, clients, and team members.</li><li>Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Proficiency in using standard office software and equipment.</li><li>Commitment to maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.</li><li>A positive attitude and dedication to providing excellent customer service.</li></ul><p><br></p>
