Administrative Assistant
We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Artesia, California. This position requires someone with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The role will involve providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations and effective communication.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, ensuring clear communication and prompt resolution of inquiries.<br>• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external parties.<br>• Manage and maintain accurate data entry into various systems and databases.<br>• Draft and respond to email correspondence in a timely and attentive manner.<br>• Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings to optimize time management.<br>• Utilize Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook for document preparation, presentations, and email management.<br>• Support administrative tasks, including filing, record-keeping, and general office organization.<br>• Ensure the seamless execution of daily office operations and assist with ad-hoc tasks as needed.<br>• Collaborate with team members to prioritize and complete assignments effectively.
• Proven experience in administrative support or a related role.<br>• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.<br>• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.<br>• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.<br>• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document handling.<br>• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage schedules effectively.<br>• Customer service experience with a focus on professionalism and problem-solving.<br>• Ability to start immediately and commit to the contract duration.
