We are looking for an experienced Accounting Specialist to join our team on a contract basis in Anaheim, California. In this role, you will handle a variety of accounting tasks, including managing accounts payable and receivable, processing invoices, and ensuring accurate financial records. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Responsibilities: • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with accuracy and attention to detail. • Manage high-volume invoicing, ensuring timely and precise data entry. • Perform three-way matching for invoices, purchase orders, and receipts. • Handle collections for outstanding payments and maintain clear and attentive communication with customers. • Reconcile accounts and ensure financial records are up-to-date. • Prepare and process vendor payments and check runs. • Record daily cash receipts and monitor account balances. • Maintain detailed records and documentation for over 400 customer accounts. • Utilize Excel for intermediate-level tasks, such as data analysis and report generation.

• Proven experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. • Proficiency in handling high-volume invoicing and financial transactions. • Strong knowledge of three-way matching for invoices and purchase orders. • Intermediate-level skills in Microsoft Excel. • Ability to manage collections and interact professionally with customers. • Familiarity with accounting software systems and tools. • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial operations.
