This Contract-to-permanent position involves overseeing installation projects while ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction and seamless coordination. The ideal candidate will excel at managing schedules, logistics, and communication across multiple stakeholders. Responsibilities:• Serve as a key resource for sales representatives by providing accurate installation pricing and scheduling support.• Conduct pre-sale job site visits to evaluate project requirements and address potential challenges.• Review incoming orders to identify and categorize projects, ensuring proper coordination.• Facilitate communication and collaboration among sales representatives, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to guarantee project success.• Perform job site checks and attend startup meetings to maintain clear communication and build strong customer relationships.• Manage and update the district’s electronic installation schedule to ensure timely execution.• Coordinate installations with customers and subcontractors, addressing logistics, delivery schedules, and unexpected issues.• Monitor subcontractor performance, ensuring compliance with safety standards, quality benchmarks, and deadlines.• Conduct cost-control activities, including reviewing subcontractor invoices for accuracy.• Stay informed on products to provide knowledgeable support throughout project execution.

• Proven experience managing construction or large-scale installation projects. • Strong ability to coordinate logistics and schedules across multiple stakeholders. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, with emphasis on Excel and project tracking tools. • Exceptional communication skills to foster collaboration and maintain customer satisfaction. • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to address unforeseen challenges effectively. • Knowledge of safety standards and practices to ensure compliance during all project phases. • Ability to conduct site visits and engage in hands-on project evaluations. • Experience monitoring subcontractor performance and managing cost control activities.
