Receptionist
We are looking for a detail-oriented and friendly Receptionist to join our team on a contract basis in Windham, New Hampshire. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills to manage front desk operations and provide exceptional service to visitors and callers. If you are detail-oriented and thrive in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring they feel valued and directed to the appropriate department.<br>• Operate and manage a multi-line phone system to handle inbound calls efficiently.<br>• Answer and transfer calls across a switchboard with multiple lines, maintaining clear communication.<br>• Handle inquiries from clients and staff in a timely and organized manner.<br>• Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.<br>• Provide administrative support to other departments as needed.<br>• Schedule appointments and assist with calendar management when required.<br>• Monitor and distribute incoming mail and packages.<br>• Ensure security protocols are followed for visitor access and identification.
• Previous experience in receptionist or front desk roles is required.<br>• Proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems and switchboard operations.<br>• Strong verbal and written communication skills.<br>• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a busy environment.<br>• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.<br>• Proficiency in basic office software such as Microsoft Office Suite.<br>• Friendly and detail-oriented demeanor with excellent customer service abilities.<br>• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
