We are looking for a skilled Systems Engineer to join our team in Willow Grove, Pennsylvania. This role requires a proactive individual who can handle complex technical challenges, design and implement robust infrastructure solutions, and contribute to the optimization of systems and networks for our clients. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and have a passion for delivering high-quality technical solutions, we encourage you to apply.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Serve as the primary escalation point for resolving advanced technical issues and critical incidents.<br>• Diagnose and support Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and Azure Active Directory environments.<br>• Configure, manage, and optimize virtualization platforms such as Hyper-V and VMware.<br>• Design and secure network infrastructure components, including routers, firewalls, and switches.<br>• Conduct root cause analysis and implement measures to prevent recurring technical and security issues.<br>• Manage backup solutions, disaster recovery systems, and security platforms in compliance with policies and service-level agreements.<br>• Participate in on-call rotations to provide after-hours support as needed.<br>• Deliver infrastructure projects, including Office 365 and Google Workspace implementations and data migrations.<br>• Plan and execute network setups and upgrades for new and existing clients.<br>• Ensure accurate documentation and process adherence during project handoffs and updates.

• Proficiency in Active Directory and Microsoft Windows Server.<br>• Experience with Azure Active Directory and cloud-based technologies.<br>• Knowledge of Citrix solutions and virtualization platforms.<br>• Familiarity with Microsoft Exchange systems.<br>• Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot complex technical issues.<br>• Ability to design, implement, and maintain secure IT environments.<br>• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with teams and clients.<br>• Availability to participate in on-call support rotations.
