We're currently seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented <strong>Entry-Level Accountant</strong> to join our finance team. This is a <strong>contract-to-hire</strong> opportunity with strong potential for long-term employment based on performance.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Position Summary:</strong></p><p>The Entry-Level Accountant will support the finance and accounting team with day-to-day operations, including general ledger maintenance, account reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, and assisting with monthly closings. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Assist with the preparation of journal entries and maintain the general ledger</li><li>Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial close processes</li><li>Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts</li><li>Process accounts payable and receivable transactions</li><li>Maintain accurate financial records and documentation</li><li>Help track inventory costs and manufacturing expenses</li><li>Assist with audits and internal control procedures</li><li>Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial data accuracy</li><li>Perform other administrative and accounting tasks as assigned</li></ul><p><br></p>

<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field</li><li>Internship or prior accounting experience (1 year or less) preferred, but not required</li><li>Strong understanding of basic accounting principles</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (experience with ERP systems is a plus)</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities</li><li>Ability to work both independently and in a team environment</li><li>Effective verbal and written communication skills</li></ul><p><br></p>
