<p>We are seeking a hands-on Staff/Senior Accountant (5–10 years of experience) with recent, daily-use experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Finance. This is an execution-focused role; ideal for someone who is comfortable running the books independently with light CFO/controller oversight.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p><br></p><p>Prepare trial balances and reconciliations for the ERP first data load (Nov. 10).</p><p><br></p><p>Organize and clean vendor and customer master data (names, addresses, IDs, payment terms).</p><p><br></p><p>Validate retained earnings and account balances pre- and post-load.</p><p><br></p><p>Own the general ledger, reconciliations, and month-end close process in BC post go-live (end-to-end responsibility; CFO/controller will review only).</p><p><br></p><p>Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of accounting data feeding the ERP.</p><p><br></p>

<p>Qualifications:</p><p><br></p><p>5–10 years of progressive accounting experience at the staff/senior level.</p><p><br></p><p>Must-have direct, recent, day-to-day operator in Business Central Finance (posting entries, reconciliations, trial balances, reporting).</p><p><br></p><p>Strong reconciliation, Excel, and general ledger skills.</p><p><br></p><p>Prior ERP implementation or system migration experience a plus.</p><p><br></p><p>Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently in a remote environment.</p><p><br></p><p>This is a doer role; no policy/procedure drafting or advisory work is expected.</p><p><br></p>
