Executive Assistant
We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Executive Assistant to provide critical support to C-suite executives during a busy period. This contract position offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic environment while honing your organizational and communication skills. The role is based in Westborough, Massachusetts, and requires a commitment of 20 hours per week over approximately two months.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage inboxes and oversee internal communications to ensure timely responses and efficient workflow.<br>• Organize and maintain digital files and documents for streamlined access and enhanced productivity.<br>• Coordinate and manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings and resolving conflicts for C-suite executives.<br>• Arrange business travel and accommodations, handling all logistics to ensure smooth itineraries.<br>• Provide administrative support by preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.<br>• Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, to create and manage documents and spreadsheets.<br>• Apply a foundational understanding of finance, tax, and logistics concepts to assist in relevant tasks.<br>• Collaborate with team members to prioritize and complete time-sensitive assignments.<br>• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for handling various administrative tasks.<br>• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.<br>• Experience coordinating calendars and scheduling meetings for senior-level executives.<br>• Familiarity with arranging travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.<br>• Basic understanding of finance, tax, or logistics concepts to support related tasks.<br>• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.<br>• Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
