Administrative Assistant
<p>Vallejo Affordable Housing Community is looking for an Assistant Community Manager.</p><p><br></p><p>This is a temporary position onsite.</p><p><br></p><p>This position will support the property with tenant maintenance orders, answering the phones, and customer service.</p><p><br></p><p>Duties include assisting with administrative tasks, resident relations, lease compliance, and ensuring a high level of customer service to residents and stakeholders. This position plays a critical role in fostering a welcoming and functional environment within the community.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities: </p><p>• Address resident inquiries and concerns courteously and efficiently</p><p>• Assist with communication between property management and residents regarding policies, events, and updates.</p><p>• Foster positive relationships with residents to ensure satisfaction and community engagement.</p><p>• Maintain accurate records of payments, lease agreements, and resident files</p><p>• Assist in rent collection, processing fees, and issuing late payment notices as necessary.</p><p>• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal affordable housing regulations.</p><p>• Process applications, verify eligibility, and prepare lease agreements for new residents.</p><p>• Help coordinate property upkeep and maintenance requests in collaboration with vendors and staff.</p><p><br></p><p>If you are interested in this temporary administrative community assistant role, submit your resume today! </p>
<p>- Familiarity with using the internet for research tasks</p><p><br></p><p>- At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred</p><p><br></p><p>- Property Management experience</p><p><br></p><p>- Proficiency with diverse computer applications and experience with contract database systems</p><p><br></p><p>- Excellent communication and organizational skills</p><p><br></p><p>- Experience with Yardi strongly preferred</p><p><br></p>
