Responsibilities: • Manage accounts receivable processes, including reconciling aging reports and resolving disputes related to invoices. • Collaborate with branch offices to address discrepancies and ensure timely resolution of financial issues. • Maintain accurate records of all accounts receivable activities, adhering to company policies and procedures. • Utilize accounting software systems to monitor and track cash flow and receivables. • Troubleshoot invoice-related concerns and provide clear solutions to stakeholders. • Generate and analyze financial reports to support decision-making processes. • Ensure compliance with financial standards and internal guidelines. • Communicate effectively with team members and management to streamline accounts receivable functions. • Assist in identifying areas for improvement within current processes to enhance efficiency. • Support the preparation of financial documentation and audits as needed.

• Proven experience in accounts receivable or related financial roles. • Proficiency in accounting software systems such as ERP, Epic Software, and CRM tools. • Strong understanding of accounting functions and cash handling procedures. • Ability to analyze and reconcile financial data accurately. • Effective communication skills to address issues with internal stakeholders. • Familiarity with enterprise resource planning systems and financial services. • Excellent organizational and time management abilities. • Ability to work independently while contributing to team objectives.
