We are looking for a part-time Bookkeeper with Sage 50 Cloud experience to join our team in Torrance, California. In this role, you will manage essential financial processes and ensure the accuracy of accounting records. This is a long-term contract position, offering the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic environment within the electronics industry. Responsibilities:• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and accurate invoicing.• Perform bank reconciliations to verify account balances and transactions.• Utilize Sage 50c and other Sage accounting software to maintain financial records and process transactions.• Conduct check runs and handle account transactions with precision.• Generate detailed financial reports to support decision-making and compliance.• Monitor and update bookkeeping systems for efficiency and accuracy.• Support the preparation of tax filings and audits by maintaining meticulous records.• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless accounting operations.• Address discrepancies and resolve financial issues promptly.• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive financial information.

• At least 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or a similar role.• Proficiency in Sage 50c and other related Sage accounting software.• Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.• Ability to manage check runs and account transactions efficiently.• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.• Familiarity with financial reporting and tax preparation processes.• Solid understanding of bookkeeping principles and practices.• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.2
