Contracts Attorney
We are looking for an experienced Contracts Attorney to join our team in Somerville, Massachusetts. This long-term contract position focuses on providing expert legal guidance in commercial agreements, including SaaS Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and vendor contracts. The role requires someone with strong attention to detail, excellent negotiation skills, and a solid understanding of legal frameworks.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Negotiate and draft SaaS Master Service Agreements (MSAs) to ensure compliance and favorable terms.<br>• Review and analyze vendor agreements to identify potential risks and opportunities.<br>• Prepare, examine, and finalize non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) with a focus on safeguarding sensitive information.<br>• Collaborate with stakeholders to address legal concerns and provide strategic advice on contract-related matters.<br>• Ensure all contracts align with relevant laws and regulatory requirements.<br>• Conduct thorough legal research to support contract negotiations and decision-making.<br>• Maintain accurate documentation of all agreements and legal correspondences.<br>• Advise on potential legal risks associated with commercial contracts and agreements.
• Must hold a current license to practice law.<br>• Proven experience in negotiating and drafting commercial contracts.<br>• Familiarity with SaaS agreements and related legal considerations.<br>• Strong analytical skills to assess contract terms and identify potential issues.<br>• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.<br>• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.<br>• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards related to contracts.
