This role focuses on issue spotting and ensuring compliance with professional responsibility standards. You’ll review reports, identify potential conflicts, and communicate findings clearly to attorneys. <strong>Hybrid schedule 1-day WFH, 4 days in the office. </strong></p><p><br></p><p>What You’ll Do:</p><ul><li>Review and analyze conflict reports for new clients, matters, and hires</li><li>Spot potential issues and present findings to attorneys</li><li>Ensure accurate matter setup in case management systems</li><li>Maintain client/matter database integrity</li></ul>

<p>What We’re Looking For:</p><ul><li>JD preferred, or strong paralegal/contract review experience</li><li>Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication</li><li>Familiarity with conflict systems (Clio, NetDocuments) and tech tools</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment</li></ul><p><br></p>
