IT Support Technician will be responsible for:</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Provide Level I & II end-user support for 75 users, including 12+ executives.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to:</li><li>Windows-based systems, O365, and Microsoft technologies</li><li>iOS/macOS devices (iPhones, iPads, MacBooks)</li><li>AV systems (especially Logitech) for boardrooms and executive meetings</li><li>Printers, media players, and other endpoint hardware</li></ul><p><br></p>

<p>Required Qualifications:</p><ul><li>2+ years of hands-on IT support experience in a corporate or fast-paced environment.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and general desktop support.</li><li>Working knowledge of Azure Active Directory and Intune.</li><li>Familiarity with Apple devices (macOS, iOS).</li><li>Experience supporting Logitech AV systems or similar platforms.</li><li>Strong experience with ticketing systems such as Fresh Service, ServiceNow, or Jira.</li><li>Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple issues effectively.</li><li>Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; professional and courteous demeanor.</li><li>Physical ability and willingness to support equipment setup (e.g., moving cables, checking IDF rooms).</li><li>Must be able to commute to the downtown San Diego RAD facility once every two weeks.</li></ul><p>*Email valerie.montoya@rht(.com) for consideration* </p>
