Workplace Coordinator
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Workplace Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis. This role is based in San Francisco, California, and offers an exciting opportunity to manage the daily operations of a dynamic workplace environment. The ideal candidate will excel in multitasking, demonstrate exceptional communication skills, and ensure the smooth functioning of office operations.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Greet and assist visitors courteously and direct them to the appropriate personnel or office.<br>• Maintain cleanliness and organization in reception and kitchen areas to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.<br>• Answer general inquiries from customers and provide accurate information.<br>• Handle inventory management and ensure office supplies are adequately stocked.<br>• Prepare and distribute signage, paychecks, and other necessary materials.<br>• Organize and file daily driver reports and assist with payroll pre-processing tasks.<br>• Audit employee meal breaks to ensure compliance with established policies.<br>• Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and faxing as needed.<br>• Monitor and update logbooks while ensuring proper documentation.<br>• Execute additional duties as assigned to support overall workplace operations.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required, along with at least two years of experience in a receptionist or similar role.<br>• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with various stakeholders.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and attention to detail in all tasks.<br>• Ability to work independently and solve practical problems in diverse situations.<br>• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Capability to multitask effectively while maintaining a high level of accuracy.<br>• Positive attitude and professionalism, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate with team members.<br>• Experience with dispatching, schedule coordination, and full-cycle payroll is highly desirable.
