HR Coordinator
We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis in Scotts Valley, California. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about human resources and compliance, offering an opportunity to contribute to key projects in a dynamic environment. The role requires strong organizational skills, discretion in handling sensitive information, and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Facilitate the migration of employee data and files from Paycor to Paycom, adhering to established documentation standards.<br>• Conduct thorough audits of both digital and physical employee records to ensure compliance and accuracy.<br>• Identify missing or noncompliant documentation, track issues, and escalate them for resolution as needed.<br>• Update and maintain HR templates, job descriptions, and pay ranges to reflect current standards.<br>• Create and manage central tracking systems for project progress, reconciliation, and validation.<br>• Provide administrative support to HR leadership, focusing on compliance and high-priority tasks.<br>• Ensure all personnel documents are handled securely and confidentially at all times.<br>• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth transitions during system migrations.<br>• Assist with version control and document updates to maintain consistency across HR files.
• 1–3 years of experience in human resources administration or a similar role.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.<br>• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.<br>• Strong organizational and accuracy skills to manage detailed tasks effectively.<br>• Familiarity with HR compliance standards and audits, particularly in California.<br>• Experience with HRIS systems such as Paycor, Paycom, or similar platforms is preferred.<br>• Knowledge of document retention standards and practices within the HR field.<br>• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
