<p>We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented <strong>Consumer Product Compliance Coordinator</strong> for a temporary assignment supporting regulatory and product quality functions. You’ll be instrumental in protecting consumer safety, ensuring compliance, and maintaining product integrity—contributing directly to a values-driven culture and operational excellence.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Support tactical work for recalls, consumer complaints, SDS sheets, FSVP documentation, and daily pink/yellow item management</li><li>Maintain and update recall logs and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements</li><li>Keep Safety Data Sheets current for products across the warehouse network</li><li>Ensure follow-up and resolution of item/vendor set-up issues to preserve data integrity</li></ul><p><strong>Location:</strong> Emeryville, CA (Hybrid)</p><p><strong>Hourly Pay:</strong> Up to $25/hr</p><p><strong>Start Date:</strong> ASAP</p><p><strong>Duration:</strong> 8–11 months</p><p><strong>Schedule:</strong> Hybrid – In office Monday/Tuesday/Thursday</p>

<p><strong>Required Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Accurate data entry</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work independently</li><li>Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills</li><li>Mainframe ERP system experience and proficiency with multiple data sources (preferred)</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree preferred</li><li>Experience in retail, consumer affairs, product quality, or a related role is a plus</li><li>Familiarity with regulatory compliance, food safety, and documentation processes helpful</li></ul><p><strong>Work Environment:</strong></p><p>Hybrid: Expect in-office presence Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Remaining working days are remote, as business needs allow.</p>
