Property Administrator
We are looking for a dedicated Property Administrator to support the management of residential and commercial properties for a non-profit organization in San Francisco, California. This is a Contract position where you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations, tenant satisfaction, and compliance with property management standards. If you have a background in property management and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Oversee daily operations of residential and commercial properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and in compliance with regulations.<br>• Serve as the main point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests promptly.<br>• Assist with leasing activities, including preparing lease agreements and coordinating renewals.<br>• Conduct regular property inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues.<br>• Maintain accurate records in property management systems such as Yardi, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.<br>• Collaborate with vendors and contractors to schedule and oversee property repairs and upgrades.<br>• Monitor budgets and expenses related to property management, ensuring cost-effective operations.<br>• Support property marketing efforts to attract new tenants and retain existing ones.<br>• Prepare reports on property performance and tenant satisfaction for management review.
<p>• Proven experience in property management, with expertise in residential and commercial property operations.</p><p>• Familiarity with tax recertification is a MUST </p><p>• Proficiency in property management software such as Yardi.</p><p>• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.</p><p>• Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.</p><p>• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</p><p>• Knowledge of local property regulations and compliance standards.</p><p>• Prior experience working in a non-profit setting is a plus.</p>
