Property Administrator
<p>We are looking for an experienced Property Administrator to oversee the daily operations of a residential community in San Francisco, California. In this contract position, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring quality services are provided to residents while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. • Minimum of 2 years of experience managing an affordable housing community or equivalent experience.<br>• Proven ability to lead and supervise teams effectively for at least 2 years.<br>• Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in social work, business administration, public administration, or a related field.<br>• Certificate of Occupancy Specialist certification preferred or willingness to obtain shortly after hiring.<br>• Familiarity with accounting software systems, CRM tools, and financial management platforms.<br>• Proficiency in managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other billing functions.<br>• Strong knowledge of budget preparation and financial analysis.<br>• Experience with tax-related compliance and processes.
