Administrative Assistant
We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in San Francisco, California. This role requires someone who can efficiently manage administrative tasks, support the housing manager, and contribute to the smooth operation of daily activities. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment and possess strong organizational and communication skills.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Perform a variety of administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and managing office communications.<br>• Assist with occasional walkthroughs of the building to ensure facilities are in proper condition.<br>• Serve as a key support to the housing manager, ensuring all tasks and schedules are handled efficiently.<br>• Answer inbound calls and provide accurate information to callers in a thorough and attentive manner.<br>• Act as a receptionist by welcoming visitors and maintaining a friendly and organized front office.<br>• Maintain accurate records and documentation for office and housing-related activities.<br>• Coordinate with other staff members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of projects.<br>• Monitor and address basic facility needs or escalate issues to the appropriate department.
• Proven experience in administrative assistance or office management roles.<br>• Strong skills in answering calls and delivering detail-oriented communication.<br>• Familiarity with filing systems and data entry processes.<br>• Ability to perform receptionist duties with a welcoming and organized approach.<br>• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.<br>• Comfortable conducting walkthroughs of facilities and addressing or reporting issues.<br>• Proficiency in using office software and tools.<br>• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
