Office Assistant
<p>We are looking for a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Dublin, California. This project-based position is anticipated to last 3-5 weeks. This position involves conducting thorough research, verifying records, and accurately documenting findings to support customer service operations. Ideal candidates will have excellent investigative skills, strong computer proficiency, and a sharp eye for detail.</p><p><br></p><p>Office Assistant Responsibilities:</p><p>• Review and analyze online tickets submitted by the customer service team to address inquiries and claims.</p><p>• Conduct detailed research on customer records, including hours worked, hours paid, check issuance dates, and certified time off.</p><p>• Verify data accuracy and ensure all information is properly documented.</p><p>• Update ticket statuses in the internal system to facilitate follow-ups by customer service representatives.</p><p>• Perform scanning and clerical tasks to organize and maintain records efficiently.</p><p>• Input and manage data using computer systems and research tools.</p><p>• Utilize Smartsheet and other software platforms to track and manage information.</p><p>• Communicate effectively with team members to resolve discrepancies or clarify information.</p><p>• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and procedures while handling sensitive data.</p><p><br></p><p>If you are interested in this Office Assistant role, please submit your resume today!</p>
