Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a success-driven Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis in Saint Paul, Minnesota. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing a high volume of calls efficiently. If you have a passion for helping others and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers, ensuring prompt and courteous communication.<br>• Confirm service appointments with customers and provide necessary instructions regarding fertilizers and chemicals.<br>• Conduct brief phone calls lasting under five minutes, managing up to 100 calls daily.<br>• Maintain accurate and timely order entry using CRM tools and other software systems.<br>• Collaborate with office staff and participate in weekly meetings to discuss updates and operational strategies.<br>• Support training initiatives by working closely with team members to ensure smooth onboarding.<br>• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues efficiently to maintain satisfaction.<br>• Utilize Microsoft Office Suites and QuickBooks for daily administrative tasks and communication.<br>• Assist in creating and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and service schedules.
• Previous experience in call center or customer service roles is required.<br>• Proficiency in handling high-volume call environments with professionalism.<br>• Familiarity with CRM systems and order entry processes.<br>• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites, including Word and Excel.<br>• Experience with QuickBooks is a plus.<br>• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<br>• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.<br>• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
