Member Services Representative
We are looking for a dedicated Member Services Representative to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this Contract-to-Permanent role, you will play a key part in supporting members by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a seamless experience. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about customer service within the healthcare industry.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Respond to member inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring that their needs are met efficiently.<br>• Coordinate transportation bookings and assist members in accessing their benefits.<br>• Provide guidance on billing concerns, prescription-related issues, and other health-related inquiries.<br>• Triage incoming calls to identify and address priority concerns effectively.<br>• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow established protocols for documentation.<br>• Utilize computer systems to manage member information and process requests.<br>• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.<br>• Stay updated on healthcare policies and benefits to offer accurate guidance to members.
• Proven experience in a call center or customer service environment.<br>• Strong computer proficiency, including familiarity with relevant software systems.<br>• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with members.<br>• Knowledge or experience in the healthcare industry is highly preferred.<br>• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.<br>• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
