Human Resources Administrator
We are looking for a detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our team on a contract basis in Saint Louis, Missouri. In this role, you will play a key part in onboarding subcontractors, managing documentation, and ensuring compliance with HR processes. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has strong organizational skills.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Facilitate the onboarding process for subcontractors, including document collection and verification.<br>• Upload and manage essential documents using Adobe Docusign.<br>• Ensure accurate data entry and maintain HR records in alignment with company standards.<br>• Process background checks for subcontractors and follow up as needed.<br>• Review and verify contract information, including start and end dates, vendor details, and compliance requirements.<br>• Coordinate with staffing vendors to streamline HR activities and processes.<br>• Utilize tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Adobe Docusign to support daily operations.<br>• Ensure proper handling of legal forms and correspondence related to HR administration.<br>• Assist with benefit functions and provide administrative support to the HR team as required.<br>• Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and company policies.
• Proven experience in human resources administration or related roles.<br>• Familiarity with legal forms and correspondence within an HR context.<br>• Proficient in processing background checks and onboarding procedures.<br>• Skilled in using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.<br>• Experience with Adobe Docusign for document management.<br>• Ability to coordinate effectively with staffing vendors and subcontractors.<br>• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.<br>• Knowledge of HR compliance standards and practices.
