<p>Exciting growth opportunity for a Compensation & Benefits Specialist! In this role, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the administration and coordination of employee benefits programs. The ideal candidate will have knowledge surrounding handling benefit processes and leave administration, combined with strong communication skills and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality. Willing to train! Great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in Human Resources/Benefit Adminstration!</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>Facilitate benefit enrollment changes, such as enrollments for new team members, terminations, and adjustments due to qualifying life events.</p><p>Assist with new hires/onboarding as well as terminations</p><p>Serve as initial point of contact for all employee inquiries and concerns</p>
<p>• Bachelor's degree is preferred, though equivalent experience will be considered.</p><p>• Proven experience or education in the field of human resources, specifically focusing on employee benefits administration.</p><p>• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all organizational levels.</p><p><br></p>
