This Contract-to-continuous position offers an exciting opportunity to handle a broad range of human resources functions in a dynamic office setting tied to a warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong judgment, empathy, and a balance of enforcing policies while supporting employees. Responsibilities: • Oversee employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive workplace culture. • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires and departing employees. • Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, updates, and addressing inquiries. • Utilize HRIS systems, such as Exponent HR, to maintain accurate records and streamline HR operations. • Serve as the primary HR contact for day-to-day inquiries, providing guidance and support to employees and managers. • Collaborate with leadership to ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations. • Support recruitment efforts by coordinating interviews, extending offers, and ensuring timely communication. • Train and assist employees and managers in navigating HR systems and processes. • Monitor and address workplace issues, promoting a culture of fairness and respect. • Participate in workplace initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.

• Proven experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in a smaller company setting. • Strong knowledge of HR functions, including employee relations, benefits administration, and onboarding. • Familiarity with HRIS systems; experience with Exponent HR is a plus. • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to balance empathy and organizational policies. • Solid understanding of employment laws and regulations. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities effectively. • Demonstrated ability to foster collaboration and build relationships across teams.
