Apply now. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong>:</p><ul><li>Become well-versed in program standards and guidelines to ensure compliance with company requirements.</li><li>Review and approve customer rebate applications with attention to accuracy and completeness.</li><li>Evaluate and finalize customer loan applications, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to protocols.</li><li>Communicate with customers to resolve issues related to incomplete or non-qualifying applications.</li><li>Gradually take on responsibilities for reviewing and approving contractor proposals as part of the full-service program.</li><li>Coordinate logistics between contractors and customers, including scheduling and addressing customer concerns, while escalating issues to appropriate teams when necessary.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment.</li><li>Strong skills in order entry and managing inbound and outbound calls.</li><li>Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.</li><li>Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Familiarity with coordinating schedules and logistics.</li><li>Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.</li><li>Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.</li></ul>
