Front Desk Coordinator
<p>We are looking for a Front Desk Coordinator to join our team on a short-term contract basis in San Francisco, California. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a welcoming and detail-oriented experience. If you excel at multitasking and thrive in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Greet visitors and clients with attention to detail and ensure a friendly and welcoming environment.</p><p>• Manage a multi-line phone system, answering inbound calls promptly and directing them to the appropriate departments.</p><p>• Provide concierge-level support, assisting guests with inquiries and ensuring their needs are met.</p><p>• Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it remains organized and presentable at all times.</p><p>• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and maintaining records.</p><p>• Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.</p><p>• Act as the central communication hub for the office, relaying messages and information accurately.</p><p>• Respond to requests and resolve issues in a timely and courteous manner.</p><p>• Support team members with additional administrative tasks as needed.</p>
• Proven experience in receptionist or front desk roles, ideally in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Proficiency in managing multi-line phone systems and directing calls effectively.<br>• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.<br>• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities without compromising quality.<br>• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.<br>• Familiarity with basic office software, including word processing and scheduling tools.<br>• A detail-oriented approach and the ability to maintain composure under pressure.<br>• Previous experience in concierge or customer service roles is a plus.
