Customer Experience Specialist
<p>We are looking for a dedicated Customer Experience Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring their concerns are addressed with care and professionalism. • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a remote support setting.<br>• Proficiency with customer service software, such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Salesforce.<br>• Strong communication skills with the ability to empathize and connect with customers.<br>• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.<br>• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges within a dynamic environment.<br>• Familiarity with cloud technologies and CRM systems is a plus.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and database management.<br>• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
