Customer Experience Specialist
<p>We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in a contract position. In this role, you will assist customers through a ticketing system, ensuring their issues are resolved with care and efficiency. • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a remote support environment.<br>• Proficiency in using customer service tools such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Salesforce.<br>• Strong communication skills and the ability to empathize with customers.<br>• Adaptability to change and enthusiasm for taking on new challenges in a dynamic environment.<br>• Familiarity with CRM systems and cloud technologies is a plus.<br>• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and database management.<br>• A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and achieving high satisfaction scores.
