Administrative Assistant
<p>We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Filing Clerk to join a team in Plymouth, Minnesota. In this contract role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of administrative tasks and supporting the team effectively. This position requires someone dependable, proactive, and capable of working independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure daily operations run efficiently.</p><p>• Perform accurate data entry tasks, ensuring all information is correctly recorded and maintained.</p><p>• Manage scheduling and coordinate meetings, appointments, and other calendar-related tasks.</p><p>• Prepare, organize, and maintain documentation, reports, and records as required.</p><p>• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.</p><p>• Assist in maintaining office supplies and inventory, ensuring availability of necessary materials.</p><p>• Support project deadlines by efficiently managing assigned tasks and responsibilities.</p><p>• Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth workflow and information sharing.</p><p>• Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.</p><p>• Adapt to evolving priorities and tasks while maintaining attention to detail.</p>
• Proven experience in administrative support or a similar role.<br>• Strong organizational and time management skills.<br>• Ability to perform accurate data entry and manage documentation efficiently.<br>• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.<br>• Proactive and self-motivated approach to handling tasks independently.<br>• Proficiency in using common office software and technology.<br>• Dependable and reliable, with a strong attention to detail.<br>• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under minimal supervision.
