Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Pasadena, California. In this Contract-to-permanent position, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers by handling inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional service and thrive in a detail-oriented environment, we encourage you to apply.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Accurately input and update customer information in the database.<br>• Process customer orders and ensure timely and precise order fulfillment.<br>• Address customer inquiries, complaints, and issues with professionalism and efficiency.<br>• Collaborate with internal departments to meet customer needs and resolve discrepancies.<br>• Manage and verify unconfirmed orders, ensuring all updates are communicated effectively to sales representatives.<br>• Assist with order entry, confirmations, and updates, including replacements and special orders.<br>• Generate reports summarizing customer interactions and order data.<br>• Support reception desk duties and administrative tasks as needed.<br>• Handle style and color setups, swatch uploads, and distribution of orders into designated size breaks.<br>• Assist with creating credit memos, invoice proofs, and delivery confirmations.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.<br>• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or data entry roles.<br>• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel.<br>• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.<br>• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.<br>• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.<br>• Familiarity with customer service software or systems is a plus.
