<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.</li><li>Fluency in <strong>both English and Vietnamese</strong> (spoken and written).</li><li>1-2 years of customer service or related experience preferred.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging customer interactions professionally.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems is a plus.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on providing stellar service.</li><li>Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul><p><br></p>
