HR Generalist- Bilingual
<p>We are looking for a skilled Bilingual HR Generalist to join our team on a contract basis in Newport, Minnesota. In this role, you will oversee a range of human resources functions, including employee relations, onboarding, and benefits administration. This position is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the retail industry by supporting organizational goals and fostering a positive workplace environment.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Manage employee relations by addressing concerns and ensuring compliance with company policies.</p><p>• Coordinate onboarding processes to ensure new hires have a seamless transition into their roles.</p><p>• Administer employee benefits programs and provide guidance on enrollment and eligibility.</p><p>• Utilize HRIS systems to maintain accurate employee records and streamline HR operations.</p><p>• Oversee payroll processing using ADP to ensure timely and accurate payments.</p><p>• Support corporate recruiting efforts by sourcing candidates and conducting interviews.</p><p>• Develop and implement HR policies to align with organizational goals.</p><p>• Provide training and guidance to employees on HR-related topics.</p><p>• Collaborate with management to identify and address workforce needs.</p><p>• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in all HR functions.</p>
• Proven experience in human resources roles, including employee relations and onboarding.<br>• Proficiency in HRIS systems and familiarity with maintaining employee records.<br>• Hands-on experience with ADP payroll processing and related systems.<br>• Solid understanding of employee benefits administration.<br>• Strong background in corporate recruiting and talent acquisition.<br>• Knowledge of labor laws and compliance standards.<br>• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<br>• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
