We are looking for an experienced HR Specialist to join our team on a contract basis in Mission Viejo, California. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and well-versed in HR systems and compliance practices. Responsibilities: • Manage payroll processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with organizational standards. • Oversee HR administration tasks, including maintaining employee records and managing HRIS systems. • Facilitate onboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions for new hires. • Address and resolve employee relations issues, fostering a positive workplace environment. • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and other applicable laws. • Support the implementation and maintenance of HR policies and procedures. • Provide guidance and assistance to employees regarding HR-related inquiries. • Collaborate with team members to improve payroll and HR workflows. • Prepare and analyze HR-related reports to inform decision-making. • Assist in coordinating flexible scheduling options as needed.
