This role offers the opportunity to engage in meaningful recruiting activities, from career fairs to interviews, in a dynamic and detail-focused environment. Responsibilities: • Coordinate and participate in career fairs to attract potential candidates and enhance the company's visibility. • Assist with the organization and execution of on-site interviews, ensuring a smooth and detail-focused process. • Conduct phone screenings to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization. • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress in the hiring process. • Provide insights into market trends and recommend adjustments to recruitment practices as needed. • Develop strong relationships with candidates, fostering positive experiences throughout the hiring journey. • Implement best practices for hiring processes to ensure efficiency and compliance. • Partner with team members to support broader talent acquisition initiatives and goals.

• Proven experience in corporate recruiting, preferably within the investment advisory or financial services industry. • Strong knowledge of hiring processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate evaluation. • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to conduct thorough phone screens. • Familiarity with recruitment tools and technologies to streamline talent acquisition. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders. • Knowledge of market trends and best practices in recruitment. • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
