Customer Service Representative
<p>We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis for 2-3 weeks in West LA, California. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping customers resolve inquiries efficiently. As part of the advertising industry, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service and building positive client relationships. The role is onsite Monday-Friday from 9-5. </p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Respond promptly to inbound customer inquiries via phone, ensuring a positive and attentive interaction.</p><p>• Handle order entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.</p><p>• Address customer concerns effectively and provide solutions in a timely manner.</p><p>• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of issues.</p><p>• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.</p><p>• Manage both inbound and outbound calls to support customer needs.</p><p>• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records for future reference.</p><p>• Utilize call center tools and systems to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.</p><p>• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery.</p>
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is required.<br>• Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls with attention to detail.<br>• Strong skills in order entry and data accuracy.<br>• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.<br>• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Familiarity with customer service tools and systems.<br>• Problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.<br>• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
