<p>Front Desk Coordinator </p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>We are looking for a Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in Littleton, Colorado. This Contract to permanent position is ideal for someone who thrives in a detail-focused environment and enjoys providing exceptional administrative and customer service support. The role requires an individual who is meticulous, adaptable, and willing to assist with a variety of tasks in a collaborative team setting.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p><br></p><p>• Welcome clients upon arrival and escort them to designated meeting areas with advisors.</p><p><br></p><p>• Coordinate scheduling for advisors, including confirming appointments and maintaining calendars for a team of five advisors.</p><p><br></p><p>• Manage administrative tasks such as scanning documents, processing mail, and organizing files.</p><p><br></p><p>• Record client interactions and notes accurately into the system to ensure clear communication and documentation.</p><p><br></p><p>• Provide support for miscellaneous tasks, including spreadsheet projects and other duties as assigned.</p><p><br></p><p>• Answer and direct calls professionally using a multi-line phone system.</p><p><br></p><p>• Maintain a courteous and detail-focused demeanor while interacting with clients and team members.</p><p><br></p><p>• Collaborate with team members to address urgent needs and contribute to a culture of mutual support.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p>
<p>• Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative or receptionist roles, preferably within white-collar industries.</p><p><br></p><p>• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies in documentation.</p><p><br></p><p>• Previous experience in financial services, banking, or medical fields is highly preferred.</p><p><br></p><p>• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to answer calls and schedule appointments efficiently.</p><p><br></p><p>• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.</p><p><br></p><p>• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively.</p><p><br></p><p>• Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.</p><p><br></p><p>• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to new challenges.</p>
