Sr. Administrative Assistant

Our client is seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support to leadership, ensure smooth operations, and help drive productivity for their team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment while managing priorities with precision and professionalism.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Executive Support:</strong> Provide direct administrative support to executives, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing meeting agendas and materials.</li><li><strong>Communication Management:</strong> Handle correspondence, emails, and calls on behalf of leadership; act as a liaison between departments and external stakeholders.</li><li><strong>Documentation:</strong> Create, edit, and process documents, reports, and presentations with exceptional attention to detail.</li><li><strong>Event Coordination:</strong> Assist in planning and coordinating internal and external events, such as conferences and team-building sessions.</li><li><strong>Travel Arrangements:</strong> Organize travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries for executives and team members.</li><li><strong>Expense Reporting:</strong> Manage expense reports and budgets, and ensure timely submission of reimbursements.</li><li><strong>Project Assistance:</strong> Support special projects, analyzing data and tracking progress to meet deadlines and achieve goals.</li><li><strong>Process Improvement:</strong> Recommend improvements for administrative workflows and implement best practices as needed.</li><li><strong>Confidentiality:</strong> Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.</li></ul><p><br></p>
<ul><li><strong>Experience:</strong> 3-5 years of administrative or executive assistant experience; prior experience supporting leadership is a strong plus.</li><li><strong>Education:</strong> High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.</li><li><strong>Technical Skills:</strong> Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and knowledge of project management or scheduling software (e.g., SAP, Trello, Asana).</li><li><strong>Communication:</strong> Excellent verbal and written communication skills for drafting correspondence and interacting with stakeholders.</li><li><strong>Organization:</strong> Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.</li><li><strong>Interpersonal Skills:</strong> Capable of building trust-based relationships with colleagues and senior leadership.</li><li><strong>Problem-Solving:</strong> Strong critical-thinking skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.</li><li><strong>Professionalism:</strong> Positive attitude, adaptability, and ability to handle pressure in a deadline-driven environment.</li></ul><p><br></p>
