In this role, you will be responsible for managing both commercial and consumer collections while ensuring the accuracy of billing and credit processes. Responsibilities: • Handle commercial and consumer collections to ensure timely and accurate payments. • Monitor and manage outstanding accounts receivable balances. • Communicate with customers to resolve billing disputes and clarify payment terms. • Maintain detailed records of collection activities and payment schedules. • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline collection processes and improve efficiency. • Analyze accounts and identify potential risks or issues related to overdue payments. • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations during collection activities. • Recommend strategies for improving collection rates and minimizing overdue accounts. • Provide regular updates to management regarding collection progress and challenges.

• Proven experience in commercial and consumer collections. • Strong knowledge of credit and billing processes. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Ability to analyze financial data and identify discrepancies. • Proficiency in using collection software and tools. • Familiarity with regulations related to collections and credit. • Highly organized with strong attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
