Administrative Assistant
We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Durham, New Hampshire. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of administrative tasks, supporting daily office functions, and maintaining effective communication within the organization. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and collaborative work environment.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Handle incoming calls with professionalism, providing accurate information and redirecting inquiries as needed.<br>• Perform data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail, ensuring the accuracy of records and documentation.<br>• Support general office operations, including organizing files, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies.<br>• Act as the first point of contact for visitors, delivering exceptional receptionist services.<br>• Prepare and process various administrative documents, ensuring compliance with company policies.<br>• Coordinate communication between departments to facilitate efficient workflow and collaboration.<br>• Assist in organizing meetings and events, including preparing materials and managing logistics.<br>• Monitor and update office systems to maintain efficiency and streamline processes.<br>• Respond promptly to emails and correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate communication.<br>• Provide additional administrative support as requested to meet organizational needs.
• Proven experience in administrative support or a similar role.<br>• Proficiency in managing inbound calls and customer inquiries.<br>• Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.<br>• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.<br>• Detail-oriented approach and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.<br>• Familiarity with office equipment and basic software applications.<br>• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.<br>• High level of reliability and discretion when handling sensitive information.
