<p>We are looking for an experienced <strong><u>Admin to join our team on a contract basis in Dallas, Texas</u></strong>. This role focuses on reformatting and standardizing approximately 400 documents according to a new style guide using Microsoft Word. If you are detail-oriented and excel in document formatting, this position offers a great opportunity to contribute to a high-impact project.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Reformat and standardize 400 documents in Microsoft Word according to a specified style guide.</p><p>• Apply headers, footers, and consistent color schemes to ensure uniformity across all documents.</p><p>• Utilize advanced features of Microsoft Word to adjust layouts and incorporate formatting changes.</p><p>• Collaborate with team members to ensure that all documents meet the updated guidelines.</p><p>• Maintain accuracy and consistency while handling document formatting tasks.</p><p>• Follow detailed instructions for implementing style guide requirements.</p><p>• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks within the project timeline.</p><p>• Address formatting challenges and provide solutions to maintain document integrity.</p><p>• Review completed documents to verify compliance with the new standards.</p>
• Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in similar document formatting roles.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, with strong knowledge of advanced formatting tools.<br>• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow style guidelines.<br>• Strong organizational skills to manage and prioritize tasks effectively.<br>• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Familiarity with construction or contractor industry documents is a plus.<br>• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members.<br>• Availability to work throughout the contract period.
