• Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management or leasing. • Proficiency in property management software, such as Yardi. • Strong bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish. • Ability to deliver excellent customer service and resolve tenant issues effectively. • Familiarity with residential and/or commercial property management. • Skilled in marketing and outreach to attract prospective tenants. • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. • Knowledge of real estate leasing and sales processes.
